Mehvish Zaidi

Senior Partner / Director

Mehvish is Senior Partner of Capstone Law London and has been practising litigation for over 15 years; with vast experience in advising and representing clients in various matters.  Mehvish advises on complex and high value litigation cases; as well as in cross jurisdiction matters. Mehvish is an experienced and skilled negotiator, who has successfully negotiated and settled substantial claims for her clients. The wants of Mehvish’s clients are always at the forefront of her approach; and her unprecedented success rate is testament to this.

In 2022, Mehvish completed an MSc in Legal technology with Distinction. Her interest in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain were heightened through her Academic Masters in Law, and she used her skills and knowledge to develop a legal tech platform offering free legal advice and connecting people to lawyers in the UAE.  Mehvish is a keen advocate for Access to Justice and has used her experience and expertise to continue to facilitate ‘free legal advice’ to help people who are vulnerable and unable to afford legal advice and services- a service which is also available through the firm’s website.  Capstone Law London is incorporating the use of legal technology within the practice.

Mehvish is the proud mother of two wonderful children, and her time outside work is spent devoted to her family. As a family they love to travel, cook good food and watch a lot of cricket; whether on TV or live at a stadium. Mehvish also loves to make desserts and her chocolate cheesecake has become quite famous!
